To brew great coffee:
Use cold, fresh water.  If available use filtered or spring water.

Grind the beans according to the brew method that you'll be using; fine for espresso and cone filters; medium for drip machines; and course for french press.  Grind only as much coffee as you need for each use.

Start with 2 tablespoons per 6 oz. of water and adjust accordingly to your individual taste.
